Santa Clarita Artists Association presents "Words" - an art show that celebrates the written word! COME MEET OUR ARTISTS AT THIS FREE EVENT!

Opening Reception Saturday, November 16th 5-8pm 

Complementary wine and beer will be served, along with non-alcoholic beverages, appetizers, and desserts. Enjoy LIVE JAZZ by Scott Roewe & The Birdie Jazz Trio and meet our friends at The Open Book Canyon Country - a local bookstore for purchasing and selling new/used books, perfect for our word lovers!

For our last show of 2024, we gave our artists the opportunity to share a message with the community through their art. Each piece incorporates at least one word and we have quite the variety from mental health awareness and poetic observation to important opinions and sweet reminders all through photography, collage, painting, mixed media, assemblage, and fiber!

This exhibit will display over 30 original works available from 15 of SCAA's artist members, in addition to fine art gifts for the holidays. 

Words will run November 15th through December 15th.

We are open during the City's Light Up Maint Street event Sat 11/16 until 8pm!

Our non-profit gallery offers fine art gifts and jewelry in addition to traditional artwork, so there is truly something for everyone to enjoy!
