The Silk Blanket is the astonishing true story of a four-generation family and their exodus from North Korea. While the story takes place in 1950, it is a story of courage and hope for today.

The Silk Blanket is the first in a series of multicultural Storytime events that will be presented by HOPE Theatre Arts. HOPE’s goal is to encourage audiences to consider what is the essential take-away from each Storytime experience as well as to entertain, inform and inspire audiences about different world cultures, many of which call the Santa Clarita Valley home.
