On Sat. Feb. 24 at 10am, The Bar Method is offering a free prenatal barre class. This 45-minute class is great for anyone at any stage of pregnancy. 

You can safely take Bar Method classes throughout your entire pregnancy - our instructors are highly trained to provide proper modifications to keep you safe and feeling great while you work out. 

The workout on Feb. 24, however, will be geared specifically for anyone who is pregnant. And it’s FREE!
