Fire Island Grill was conceived by five friends with years of experience in the restaurant business who love “the islands”.  Inspired by causal island living, friendly people, sandy beaches, crystal blue ocean and great food, they decided to create a tropical island escape that serves island-inspired food for those of us who can’t get away on vacation just yet.
