Mindfulness Meditation and Stress Reduction Techniques
Living with chronic stress is both physically and psychologically debilitating. While being a caregiver is an incredibly rewarding experience, it can also be a role that can produce a considerable amount of stress. This workshop will include mindfulness meditation and other stress reduction techniques to help you manage the daily stressors common to the caregiving experience.
